Our staff

We believe that the staff are the most important resource the early years setting can have. We are passionate and committed to the children in our care. There is an ethos of building strong personal relationship with families and children as a foundation for the enjoyable and enriching preschool experiences.

We have a very low turnover of professional staff who are registered with the appropriate bodies such as SSSC and GTCS. The staff are fully qualified with a wealth of experience. There is a continuing programme of professional development both in house and externally.

Parents and family form a child’s first relationships, they are a child’s first teachers and they trust us with the important task to continue with the excellent job they already do. I am honoured to be the part of your young children’s growth and development that helps to pave his or her successful future.
